We do not offer customer pickup, free delivery within 5 miles of ‘1719 Angel Parkway, Allen, TX 75002’. Enter address where party/event is taking place into google calculator on the Delivery pricing and it will calculate distance, see below for delivery charges >5 miles of our location.

Green Zone = up to 15 miles, $50 delivery fee

Yellow Zone = up to 30 miles, $75 delivery fee

Red Zone = up to 60 miles, $125 delivery fee

We are fully insured, insurance certificate provided upon request.

Rentals are for 6 hours, (if additional rental hours needed, rate will be $20/ per hour), the earliest you can schedule/book an event will be 9AM, the latest event can be scheduled at 5PM. Equipment pick must be no later then 11:00PM (if scheduled at 5:00PM, which is within the 6-hour rental window). Unfortunately, no pickup after 11PM will be available. If equipment needs to be picked up the next day, you the customer are fully responsible for equipment.

Please book reservations as soon as possible and/or once date of party/event has been confirmed to guarantee availability and chances of getting first selection, summer season fills up quickly so don’t wait too long to book.

Deposit is required for all rentals; deposit fee will be $20.00 for all game rentals. Deposit guarantees your reservation (deposit are non-refundable, we will hold your funds as a rain check that will be good for 3 months from cancellation date).

Cancellation must be made 72 hours before date of event (E.G., if your date of party/event is on Saturday, cancellation must be made on Wednesday), refund will be issued minus deposit (deposit are non-refundable, we will hold your funds as a rain check that will be good for 3 months from cancellation date).

Cancellation due to inclement weather a full refund will be issued minus deposit (deposit are non-refundable, we will hold your funds as rain check that will be good for 3 months). We have right to cancel if weather forecast predicts high percentage chance of rain 30% or greater. We try our best not to cancel, we will not take chance of bodily injury to our employees, you the customer, kids and guests or damage to our equipment.

Deposit/Balance (Cash, PayPal, Zelle, Debit/Credit Cards); debit/Credit Card payment taken in person available at time of delivery, for debit/Credit Card transaction taken in person, the responsible party booking rental equipment must be of age; 18 years or older & provide valid ID, both payment card & ID must have correlation/match. We have right to refuse debit/Credit Card that does not meet requirements mentioned above. Remaining balance due time of delivery, payment must clear before we setup.   

All equipment is cleaned before & after every use, Cleanliness is paramount and most important factor, and we are fully committed to making sure your children and guests are playing/handling clean & safe equipment.

There are no fees if we receive our equipment back in fairly clean state, but if we receive our equipment back with any type: food, drinks, candy, gum, mud/dirt, etc or anything outside normal condition there will be a cleaning fee of $25.

Equipment can be setup indoor and outdoor with ample space (majority of our games/equipment is for outside use), our Nerf Target Shooting equipment must be setup 30ft – 50ft away from pool or any type waterfront (pond, lake, etc)

Please call us immediately at (214) 517-3016 for assistance, if we have to come out, we will. The safety of your children and guests is priority; if we need to replace anything let us know, something not working, we will try to accommodate and replace it if equipment is available. We want your party/event to be fun and memorable.
